[Investigating] We are currently experiencing failures of the Adwords API for some of our customers; this is causing delays of Google and YouTube platform metrics reported in the dashboard. No other metrics appear to be impacted.
We are currently investigating and will follow up when we have an update.

[Identified] We're experiencing elevated rate-limit errors returned by the Google Ads API. These limits are imposed by Google and are not related to any changes on our side. As a result, Google and YouTube metrics in your Northbeam dashboard may update more slowly than usual.
Our engineering team has applied additional throttling and other mitigations and is coordinating with Google to restore normal throughput. We'll share the next update as soon as new information is available.

[Identified] Following updates made around 6pm PT on June 28, 2025, Google and YouTube metrics in your Northbeam dashboard are once again updating at their normal cadence.
Because we continue to throttle requests to stay below Google-imposed rate limits, some ad names for Google and YouTube campaigns may appear as ad IDs. Reporting data and attribution accuracy are otherwise unaffected.
Our engineering team is coordinating with Google to lift the remaining limits and restore full metadata. We’ll share the next update as soon as we have new information.
